1. Delivery Policy
a. Shipping Locations We offer worldwide shipping from our base in the United Arab Emirates. Deliveries are available to most countries; however, certain restrictions may apply due to local regulations.

UAE Orders: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
International Orders: Delivery within 6-8 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays by shipping carriers or customs processing.
c. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
d. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
2. Returns and Exchange Policy
a. Return Window
Products can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original, unused condition, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
b. Return Eligibility
Returns will not be accepted for products that are:

- Damaged or dirty.
- Missing tags or original packaging.
