Return Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your items. The return or exchange will be at your own expense.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the abaya must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package the abaya securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 14 business days from the date of reception of the item in our warehouse or from the date when you have provided proof of dispatch of the goods for the refund to be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
